I'm giving 5 stars for a great job! The clinic turned out to be even better than I expected, and the staff was so caring that it was worthy of all praise! Very kind and responsive everyone who helped me on my way to surgery. I really want to emphasise that Chengiz (clinic manager) was like my mom and dad. I hope we will remain good friends! The clinic is clean and beautiful, the medical staff is just the highest class, and that's the minimum I could say about them. And of course, the cherry on the cake is amazing Dr. Ali Nurkhan, a virtuoso of his business! Thank you all very much, I got a wonderful experience!!

So i had an bbl with dr Ali nurhan özbaba and that’s the worst decision ever. This doctor has no business doing bbl. I have plenty of fat to take we first agreed on 4-5 liters to be removed and put as much as possible in my butt to give my a nice round shape. When I arrived he said he would only remove 1,5 liters (here I should have canceled the operation I know).
Fast forward after my surgery I wake up on my back everyone knows after a bbl you should be on your stomach!
I had a catheter put in wrongly I told cengiz at around 5pm to tell nurses that they need to change me he told me I have to wait until 9pm. There I was after a bbl on my back covered in my own pee and the didn’t want to change. My bbl pillow was covered in pee aswell as my corset.
I asked them to wash please they said no. I was lying on my back from 15.30 until 20.30 after a bbl.
Also when I was supposed to go back to the hotel I asked for medication cengiz said the doctor said you don’t need any. Imagine having surgery and a doctor says you don’t need medication.
This is the worst thing I have ever spent money on there is absolutely no difference in my body and now I have to spend more money to have it redone again. They just want your money and will tell you all kind of lies to get it.
Please don’t book with them I wish I had left! Also the hospital has no Wi-Fi I asked them to share internet so I could let me family know I’m okay they refused.
They didn’t bother closing my corset completely after surgery so my stomach was hanging out. Was promised that there will be English speaking people there lies again.
No one gave me any updates on anything I had to ask everything and was left in my room for hours and hours alone.

The doctor dr Ali Nurhan Özbaba has no business doing Bbl’s as he can’t do them. I have plenty of fat to take we agreed on 4-5 liters to be removed. Once I get there he said 1,5 liters only. He did not listen to my request of what I wanted my body to look like.
There was no nurses that spoke English no one informed me of what was going on. Once I woke up from surgery after my bbl I was lying on my back everyone knows after a bbl you should lie on your stomach. There is no difference in my body what so ever.
They had put a catheter which was not done correctly because I was covered in pee. When I asked the patient coordinator cengiz to tell the nurses to change the beddings and also give me a new corset he said they will do it 9pm note I told him at 5pm.
I was out of surgery and covered in my pee I had to travel back home with a corset that smelled since they wouldn’t give me a new one.
Worst experience of my life and I regret choosing this clinic, the doctor only wanted money I can tell.
