I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

Overall, the experience was very much worth. It’s so world changing to be able to see clearly again! The cost was so much better than in the US, and I was also able to get the lens I wanted that is not available in the US yet. Other than a false assumption about where my hotel was located, and the drivers having difficulty finding me, the only perimeter went pretty smoothly. I’m happy with the outcome. I would only suggest that there be at least one nurse or medical staff besides the doctor who speaks English. Many more paranoid, or less traveled Americans would have a hard time going through that honestly. I feel the service is very worth iit overall, those are just some recommendations to make the service excellent and a no-brainer for Americans who need medical procedures.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful.
