I decided to seek treatment with dentist Ela Cabuk after reading reviews so I'm hoping this review will help in the same way for another undecided person in making a sound choice,. I found her expertise professionalism and compassion to ones needs a true relief. I had receding gums on my top four front teeth and the roots were exposed, my own thought were to just get 4 on 4 but Ela found the perfect solution in restoring and firming my four front teeth without going to the extreme. I would recommend her any day, I could not fault my treatment or my outcome.

The quality of the hospital service is second to none, with well-organised, highly competent services that are always available to patients. Whether it's the doctors, nurses or reception staff, many other hospitals should take inspiration from the Turkish hospital model. The hospitals are like luxury hotels, you feel good, you are looked after and followed throughout your stay. Finally, the money I spent there was really justified. I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

Communication was great. I was picked up from the hotel, transfered to the hospital, and accompanied by Adam (translator) through the journey. He knew exactly the intake process and what they would want. He was well organized and very friendly. The consultant spoke English and was very calm, and professional. I had femto iLasik which was without complication. Pre-op my prescription was -7. Day 0 post op, I could still see but with blurry vision. Day 1 post op, my vision is now 20/20. But eyes feel gritty but hopefully will ease in a few days. I am very impressed with the quality and standard of the whole process. I would highly recommend Turkey for medical tourism. It's affordable and a beautiful clean city to visit as well. Stupendous experience.

The surgery took place in a spotless hospital where everything was perfect – from the facilities to the staff. Up to today everything is going very well, and I feel safe in her care. I am very grateful to the company Bukimed and my coordinators Kristina and Ali, who answered my questions very quickly, did not rush me in anything, were extremely loyal. I could even tell them what was bothering me in life and about my strange doubts, and they accepted them and supported me. This experience is simply incredible, I would recommend it to everyone. The clinic greeted me warmly, I read the contract for 5 hours, no one rushed me (I just translated every line). I went to the clinic for checkups, they immediately organized a transfer upon request, the result is excellent. I did not know what size of breasts I wanted by numbers because I could not imagine how it would be better for me, but my professional doctor understood me by microexpressions and did everything perfectly, she chose the best size for me according to the structure of my breasts. The support of the coordinators, medical staff is also 10/10. To be honest, I thought that I was just a client - who pays, but after the visit I realized that I was wrong - they treated me like a patient, but a person. I did not use the services of a translator, because I liked how we amusingly with the nurses explain what needs to be done by movements and in simple words

I just want to say that WestDent clinic was very welcoming, and all the staff are great. They really do make you feel comfortable and are consistently making sure that you are okay, and helping to allay any concerns you may have. The clinic itself is very clean and the level of care provided is first class. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment in Turkey. I have recently returned home after having all of my teeth extracted and 12 Zirconia implants placed in my jaws, 6 in each jaw. I currently don't have any teeth as my gums need to heal properly before I return in four months. To be honest, the fact that I don't have any teeth doesn't really bother me. I just feel grateful to have had all my teeth removed as they were very overcrowded, my front upper teeth were buckled and I had a few broken teeth also. I am due to return to WestDent clinic in January (2026) to have my new Zirconia teeth installed and any adjustments to be made, ensuring that I return home next time with a perfect smile. If you are reading this while considering dental treatment, just take the plunge. I am so happy that I went ahead with my treatment. Every other patient I spoke to during my visit was really happy with the clinic and the treatment they received.
