The curator sent us a list of hotels with whom Anadolu cooperates under the contract (discount for Anadolu patients), made a reservation and organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel, made an appointment with doctors, for tests, PET CT, etc. and sent us a schedule for November 8. We arrived on November 7, we were met by a transfer from Anadolu and taken to the hotel. The next day, November 8, we went to Anadolu, we were met in the hall by the curator Zahida and the translator Muhamed. Our doctor Sinan. The doctor who turned to oncology was Serkan Keskin, he explained everything quite well. After repeated examination of histology, oncology was not confirmed. This is where all the fun began. They sent me to the endocrinologist, the doctor prescribed several tests that they passed, but they went 2 times to pass the tests because the base did not work for them, and when they came for the results there were no tests at all. The laboratory lost, they offered to re-enter the appointment, at which the doctor re-assigned tests of a completely different nature. As a result, they dealt with the administration and refused the tests for which they paid 400 dollars. I hope the money will be returned to the card

The staff is great. At the moment, we are waiting for the results of the tests, since the wrong diagnosis was made in Ukraine. In Ukraine, sarcoma was treated for 7 months and it is gone. We are not saying that there is no oncology, but the fact that there is no sarcoma is already pleasing. Received very nicely and politely. The coordinators are Russian-speaking.
