So, the worst thing that can happen is getting injured while you're on a family vacation. I was debating on flying to another country to do the operation as Turkey can be quite expensive but I was lucky enough to stumble across this website. My consultant found me a hospital with exactly what I needed and within the budget I said I could afford. From the moment I arrived at the hospital I was greeted with hospitality and kindness. This place had a much better price than some of the other top hospitals I visited with much better quality of care. They provided a lady who was very nice who translated for me and the nurses were all very helpful and very quick to help me with anything I needed. My doctor, Dr. Sadiq Shakiliyev fixed my hernia within just two days of our first appointment. Did an excellent job with my surgery and I just got out of the hospital today and I'm already walking. I'm from Canada and this is some of the best healthcare I've ever seen and experienced. Best decision I made was to come to this hospital. I'm very impressed and so happy that it all worked out using bookimed. I was skeptical at first but it's 100 percent legit and reliable. Thank you to everyone who was involved.

My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. And, of course, I would like to mention the surgeon Mindaugas Kazanavičius, who performed the operation and coped brilliantly tasks. Many thanks to him for this!

Despite nurse Berna it was a big problem to get competent medical care. The staff do not speak English, that is worsening the situation.Very low level of medical qualifications of the nurses . No help from caregivers. I kindly recommend to the surgeon to choose another hospital for the future.

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. Praise be to Allah everything went well.

My whole family against me coming to turkey for this operation from the Us they were very scared and I was a little nervous as well . Wish they could have come and seen how I was treated here like royalty . Hate to admit it but would have never got this kind of service in US. I think everyone here that was involved doctors nurses interpreters drivers and sure left some out behind the scenes. Would definitely recommend and come back again
