If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed
From the day i contacted Bookimed they answered my within minutes. I explained the procedure i wanted to have and also explained how worried I was. They were very patient, reassuring and found me the best hospital and surgeon. Yasin my medical manager had been with me throughout my tummy tuck surgery. Istanbul Aesthetic Center was amazing and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dr Ergin Er explained everything before my surgery and checked on me every day whilst at the hospital. Even when I left Istanbul and arrived home if I had a concern, I knew I could message Yasin and he always replies within minutes. I am so thankful to Bookimed, Istanbul aesthetic centre and Dr ergin er. If I ever want surgery if the future I would only ever book with Bookimed. I

If I had to say something bad, honestly the only thing I can think of; language barrier- if only the staff could speak english, it was difficult on times after my surgery to communicate with the nurses. But saying that they were excellent in my after care whilst at the hospital.

Hello. I can say that I am very pleased with the doctor, the fast medical care provided, the girls and nurses are just great. I can’t say that everything in the clinic is state-of-the-art, but it is important that everything was done very professionally, quickly and efficiently, and in this case this is important, the interior is not important, what is important is that I feel good and am happy with the result. I would like to thank the Bookimed team for the quality consultation and selection of a clinic and a doctor with further services. The coordinators answered questions quickly and were always supportive at any time of the day. With Bookimed you will not worry about anything, the whole trip is well organized (you have pre-registered a hotel with accommodation, transfer from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and to the airport) We have organized a consultation with the doctor. I had mammoplasty and Vaser liposuction to correct the abdominal area. Everything went well . It’s too early to talk about the result, since my rehabilitation is not over yet, but I’m sure that everything will be great ☺️Bookimed coordinators are very responsible and caring, they always try to help and support in some way, regardless of the time of day.
