They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. I thought they were unreliable and payment driven. Also to many people to deal with. I can name 8 different people who I had to interact with and only 2 knew English well enough to help. The doctor barely saw me for 10 minutes and the two other people who were working for Saluss group didnt even step out of the room during examination so no privacy. Talk about awkward. It was all very unorganized. I was told one thing and then told something else the next day. On the first day I had to wait in the airport for 2 hours then told I had to go to the hospital then told that I have to take PCR test at mindnight. Then woken up at 7 am to wait again until 9 am. In the end, they ended up taking my money after making me wait and worry all confused. I would never recommend this group to anyone or getting anything done in Turkey after this experience. I think a bunch of baboons can do a better job with organizing than these people and for less money. Absolute nightmare.

Usually they show the authenticity of the package, show the expiration date, open it in front of you and then make injections.
