I'm 32 years. Left-sided coxarthrosis. I was looking for options for superficial endoprosthetics. I turned to bookimed and I was offered a clinic in Austria. The operation was estimated at about 30-32 thousand euros, but since the technique is innovative (ceramic surface prosthesis for young patients), I agreed. Before that, I several times discussed what kind of operation we are talking about with the contact person from bookimed (Roman) and the doctor. Upon arrival in Austria, Roman met me. A very pleasant and caring person, I am very grateful to him for his help and a warm welcome. The next day after arriving in the morning, I ended up in the clinic. I went through all the necessary tests, and they brought me 2 contracts for signing, 1 from an anesthesiologist, the second for prosthetics. I noticed that the contract for Hip Replacement (replacement of the hip joint), and I was going to the Hip Resurfacing procedure and I had doubts. Two nurses forced me to sign a contract, but without communicating with the doctor, I refused. After Dr. Stefan Malkowitz came, I started a conversation with him about the procedure, as it turned out the doctor deceived me and wanted to do a regular total arthroplasty. He skillfully tried to manipulate on the patient's weaknesses (you will quickly recover, you will not have any pain, etc.) in every possible way, avoiding a direct answer about the prosthesis. As a result, it turned out that he did not do such a procedure (Hip Resurfacing) and began to move out, that he did not understand me. In fact, he was given all the information about the procedure that I wanted to do, the doctor apparently thought he could do it. In fact, I spent 2 days of which 11 hours spent on the road. A bunch of stress and pain nerves in the leg. From here I learned several lessons: 1. Read the contracts that are slipped to you for signature. 2. Discuss all the details several times before the trip. 3. In Europe, people are deceived in the same way as elsewhere

Many thanks 🙏🏻 to the Bookimed service. From the decision to have surgery to the decision of where and who will perform mammoplasty on me, it took me 2 days. Very pleasant and caring staff, answered all my questions. He recommended a favorable offer from the Dr Med clinic, assuring him of the professionalism of the plastic surgeon. As a result, I completely trusted the company, especially since the reviews were only positive. As a result, I had surgery yesterday, everything went quickly in 2.5 hours. I joked later that I had to give birth to 3 children in the hope that my breasts would grow. And then in 3 hours you made your dream come true easily and effortlessly. 😉 The staff at the clinic monitored my condition 24/7. Three meals a day in the clinic. All medications, compression garments, transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic, all inclusive, even a 5-day hotel stay after surgery with breakfast. I recommend taking an accompanying person with you; this makes life much easier after the operation, plus it is easier to psychologically tune in to a positive outcome of the operation surrounded by a loved one. It was my daughter. Special thanks to Mukhlise, coordinator and translator, who accompanied me to the department before the operation and helped me get tested. Sign all documents. She also monitored and accompanied the transfer from the hotel to the clinic. It’s really great when the service took care of relieving me as much as possible from all the paperwork and taking over the entire routine and helping connect the client (me) with the clinic. I want to express my gratitude to the clinic Istanbul Aesthetic 🙏🏻 I’ll start with the fact that always and everywhere I was taken by a transfer, which turned out to be very convenient for me. I lived in a different area, in a hotel not from the clinic, for certain reasons. The clinic itself inspires confidence from the first meeting, a separate beautiful building with several floors, its own buffet, wonderful staff, medical workers. I want to say thank you to Dr. Ergin Er, who performed a second mammoplasty operation on 07/31/23 (the first operation was performed by another doctor). The doctor is very disposed to himself, it is felt that this person definitely does not want to harm you, in general, he inspires confidence. First of all, huge thanks to my Coordinator, Ege. He was always available to listen and assist with whatever I needed, and ensured my travel to and out of Turkey, was a bliss. Transfer was smooth, and Ege was always on hand to assist and make me feel settled in and at home.
My Doctor (Ergin Er), is a true Professional in every sense of the word. He was mindful of my needs, and ensured he gave an amazing outcome that looks & feels natural. He was (and still is) always available to answer my (many) questions as they arise, and put me at ease before taking me in for Surgery.
Hospital facilities were top-notch. Super clean, modern & spacious. The nurses were kind and always available whenever I needed them.

Consultant Stanislav is beyond praise! Just in awe of the man's work. The clinic is old, tired, but the staff and doctors are top notch. Minor cosmetic repairs and replacement of chairs and furniture would have made the stay wonderful. But the staff and doctors did everything to feel as comfortable as possible. The translator, a wonderful girl Varvara, was constantly in touch, even late in the evening, if my paranoid thoughts visited my brain))) The doctor leaves the most pleasant emotions! Professional and very nice person. I felt confident, because I understood that the result is still preliminary, I’m waiting for two months to pass, but I hope I will be as happy as now, but now I am happy! The chest was made simply gorgeous and according to all my wishes.

Make sure your very clear on needs and expectations. Or they will nickel and dime you.
Even though rides to and from border are included they will try to make to find your own way.
After your surgery, no before, Will offer you a ride option across border but then later charge you for it.
Also charged separately for bandaging materials used after surgery !!?!? if you dont pay you are sent away with nothing. (No they dont bandage you up unless you pay extra after the surgery).
Beware of carlo he is not a point of contact only marketing manager and has no place in your medical conversations or booking, he only convoluted things between the dr and the real point of contact making for a frustrating and less then enjoyable experience.
