My biggest concern was being charged an extra fee following my pre-op consultation for a health condition that had been disclosed at the very beginning of the process. Despite this, communication from my coordinator and the clinic was good, with helpful and quick replies. The surgeon was knowledgeable, giving great information about realistic results and clearly explaining the shape and placement. I am still in early recovery but feeling better than expected. A word of advice: be prepared for several days of severe discomfort despite analgesia. I was surprised how sore I was initially, so ensure you are prepared for those days without needing to go out.
Good communication from coordinator and clinic. Helpful and quick replies to questions. Zekra was fantastic and sourcing a clinic for surgery. The clinic staff were friendly and capable. The surgeon was knowledgeable and gave great information at pre op appointment and performed an excellent procedure. Post surgical medication and support was good, any questions I had were answered. Staff involved in post surgical review appointments were lovely.
All staff had a good level of English but sometimes communication was a bit confusing. Biggest concern was being charged extra $300 following pre op consultation, related to a health condition which had been disclosed at the very beginning of the process, months before.

I’m feeling better than expected this early on
My main worries before the procedure were the recovery process and the final look of the scars. My surgeon was very direct about both, clearly explaining the realistic results, the swelling timeline, and exactly where the incisions for my full neck lift would be placed behind the ears. This honesty was appreciated. The procedure was done under general anesthesia, and I’m feeling better than expected this early on. The clinic’s support has been solid; they gave me a clear aftercare guide and have been easy to reach with questions. The doctor just said what I needed and that was that. His experience is so good he just knows what to do by looking at you, which was great for me as I didn't want someone going on. My procedure for both upper and lower eyelids was done under local anesthesia with sedation. The staff were fabulous and so kind and caring. Aya was so helpful to me, quick at replying back. Am happy. I appreciated that there were no additional expenses on top of the clinic payment, and they provided a clear aftercare guide. The only thing I was a tad upset about was not seeing my Dr after I was allowed to fly home. It would of been nice of him to see me. Apart from that, I'm healing very well.

Despite the discomfort, the clinic, the staff, and my surgeon were all fantastic and provided great care
Monsplaty, Tummy Tuck and 360 Liposuction.
My biggest concern going into this was what the recovery would actually feel like. It's not easy. The most challenging part has definitely been the constant tight feeling, which is something to be prepared for. My surgeon used a combination of liposuction and excision. Right now there is still some swelling, so it’s too early to know how my clothes will fit differently in the end. Despite the discomfort, the clinic, the staff, and my surgeon were all fantastic and provided great care. It was a professional and supportive environment, and I'm glad I made the choice to go there.
Very clean, very inviting. After care was good too. Everything was quick and easy. Communication via whatsapp made things easier as well. I travelled solo and the staff helped that little extra.
After surgery garments are not forgiving for us longer torso people. They were a bit short which added a lil discomfort when it rolled at the back. Other than that everything was really good.

My coordinator was lovely, always friendly, helpful, and stayed in close contact. The clinic was very clean and the language barrier was never a problem; the doctor and staff were extremely supportive. During my consultation for the lift on both arms, the doctor personally did my markings and was honest about scar visibility. My only issue was with the medication. I wish it was explained better, as I was given two types I'm not allowed to take, which was mentioned beforehand. I’m feeling better than expected. There were no additional expenses, and the clinic has stayed in touch with a clear aftercare guide. My advice: bring cool clothes and be prepared not to shower.

Seeing the surgical site for the first time was the moment everything finally felt real. Even at just 15 days post-op, the initial aspect is already better than expected. We used the penile inversion technique, and while the results look promising, the recovery requires a lot of patience and steady commitment to the healing process. My biggest challenge at this stage is definitely the physical discomfort of being seated for a long time. It is a process. The clinic staff has been very attentive during my stay, and I am expecting to have the catheter removed very soon. To anyone else preparing for this surgery, it’s not easy but it is a good experience overall.

For my facial fat transfer, they used fat from my thighs to treat multiple areas, including my temples and jawline. There were no additional expenses on top of what I paid the clinic. My biggest concern was the complexity of replacing my old implants. My surgeon was very honest about the revision's complexity, which was reassuring, and he used Mentor implants for the procedure. I'm still recovering. My coordinator was really helpful and available; she made sure my drains got pulled and got us to our flight home with no stress. All the wonderful gals took amazing care of me and made my husband comfortable also. The shared bathroom outside the rooms made it more difficult, but it is an older building. There were no additional expenses, and the clinic provided a clear aftercare guide.

So far, I am feeling better than expected
My biggest concern was hidden costs, but there were no additional expenses on top of what I paid. That was a relief. The surgeon helped by drawing the hairline with me before starting the FUE procedure and showing photos of previous patients. For the transplant itself, which involved 3,000–4,000 grafts, The medical staff were very nice very professional and reassuring. The only thing that could be an improvement is getting a little more detail on the order of the process, maybe a list of progression. The clinic has stayed in touch, and so far, I am feeling better than expected.

I feel like they did an incredible job with my procedure
For anyone considering a mommy makeover, here is my direct feedback. I had a tummy tuck, breast work, and liposuction, and I'm feeling about as expected. My surgeon was honest about realistic results for my body, explained which procedures I truly needed, and personally checked on me after surgery. The doctor and clinic are kind, and I feel like they did an incredible job with my procedure.
The clinic staff were easy to reach and stayed in touch, and there were no additional expenses.

Everything was straight forward and went well
My doctor was respectful and we discussed my chest masculinization goals throughly. Everything was straight forward and went well. I am still in the early stages of healing, and the clinic's support has been consistent. They have stayed in touch and are always easy to reach. The hospital stay was very supportive in the first few days after surgery. The surgical site looked very promising right after surgery.

My coordinator was very helpful and reassuring, and the nurses are all lovely and attentive. The doctor does nice, neat work. However, I feel the doctor doesn't always listen to requests, which I think is due to a language barrier. While he did the consultation and markings for my type of arm lift personally, my specific input on how much to take wasn't fully followed. The biggest issue is that the recommended stay is not nearly enough time; this caused a lot of stress and extra expense. On a positive note, the clinic's support afterward was solid, with a clear aftercare guide and being easy to reach.

The clinic provided a seamless service in a clean environment, and I’m impressed with my surgeon’s skills and ethical approach. During my consultation, he was honest about realistic results, examined me thoroughly, and clearly explained the technique. However, some elements were not fully explained. Being asked to be naked for photos was intimidating; I would have appreciated a warning and the option for my husband to be present. It was also unclear what would happen to those images. My recovery is going about as expected. The clinic has been easy to reach and provided a clear aftercare guide, with no additional expenses. My advice for future patients would be to stay in a hotel as near to the clinic as possible, as travel across Bangkok can be very time-consuming.

I want to be assured they will never be used for marketing purposes, that my face will not appear on them and may only be shown to future patients seeking to have a similar procedure.

Our Bookimed coordinator was excellent and empathetic; we knew what we wanted and appreciated not being pressured into extra treatments. This was so important. In contrast, the hospital's own liaison made numerous mistakes with transport and pricing, which could be stressful if you aren’t proactive in communication. The clinic itself was faultless on hygiene, and my surgeon was great. I received a silicone chin implant through an external incision under the chin. The aftercare guide was clear, but I was left wondering what to expect a month from now. My advice is to confirm your exact costs to avoid potential overcharges.
Our coordinator was excellent, empathise and timely in his responses. He came back to us with answers within 24 hours each time.
He sent links to our surgeons and the hospital site. We knew we could rely open him, not be dismissed, nor ( other companies), be hard sold and pressured to buy add-on extra surgical treatments. This last point is so important. We’d done our research, knew what we wanted and didn’t appreciate other companies we considered telling us we need full face lifts and pressure if us to spend double our budget.
The hospital we chose ( Bookimed gives you choices) is beautifully presented and prizes itself on hygiene standards which were faultless in my experience. The liaison contact from the hospital, not associated with Bookimed made numerous mistakes and omissions related to transport pick ups, surgery procedures and pricing overcharging).
