The single positive aspect of this entire process was the staff. They were wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgeon and the clinic itself was profoundly disappointing, and I'm very concerned with how my otoplasty recovery is going so far. The gap between the supportive staff and the actual medical treatment I received is hard to understand. The facility did not meet my expectations for a medical setting in any capacity. Based on this, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure.

The possibility of breathing issues was my primary concern going into this. And honestly, that has been the biggest challenge in recovery so far, with one nostril constantly feeling stuffed. My surgeon performed a closed rhinoplasty. Everything is still very swollen along the bridge, but I can already see that my nose tip appears more refined, which is a great sign. The surgeon and the clinic itself were excellent. The general staff were great, though post-op instructions could have been a bit more explicit. I'm satisfied with the medical care I received so far

My biggest worry was how the final result would look, and whether it would be worth the recovery. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. The staff and clinic environment were excellent from start to finish. Turning my head feels slightly tight but okay. The surgeon did good work, though I rated them a 4/5 as I felt some communication could have been a bit more compassionate after surgery.The most challenging part has absolutely been sleeping elevated. That's no fun. I would still recommend this clinic.

I was thrilled with how my eyes looked at 12 days, although at day 15 my biggest challenge is that they are still puffy. My eyes look natural and smooth when I smile. It is a process. We will be going back for other treatment and truly can’t recommend them enough. If you are considering eyelid surgery, ensure you have a few weeks to let the initial swelling settle.

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I would like to share my feedback about the coordinator Kristina, who assisted me from the initial inquiry until the very end. I was searching for a clinic for breast lift/augmentation. I don't recall how, but I submitted a request on Bookimed and received a response very promptly. To be honest, I wasn't planning to undergo surgery so soon; I was simply exploring clinic and doctor options to make a calm decision and perhaps have the lift in a year or more. However, Kristina immediately got involved, listened to my requests, and began providing options in various countries. Initially, I was considering the Czech Republic, but after discussing with Kristina, we decided on Turkey. She took into account my budget, selected clinics, provided reviews with before/after photos, answered countless questions, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I had many doubts because I had to travel to another country alone, without a companion, and feared that it might be challenging for me to manage alone, but Kristina assured me that I would receive enough support to not worry. And that's exactly how it was! From the airport meeting to my departure, everything was top-notch! The coordinator in Turkey, Sueda, all the nurses, other clinic staff, and the doctor treated me like a VIP guest! I never regretted my decision and am grateful to Kristina and Dr. Ali for quickly fulfilling my long-held dream! If I need anything else improved in my body, I'll definitely reach out to Kristina and we'll once again choose the best doctor for my request :)

I liked everything overall. Initially, I was very afraid, starting with the flight to another country, the transfer to the hotel and the operation itself. But the calmness and poise of the doctor and his team completely dispelled my doubts. 5 hours after the operation I returned to the hotel. Which is also very good because the hospital ward is the worst for me. Exactly after a week I took off the splint, my nose was still swollen. The nose is proportional to my face. When the swelling goes down it will be smaller

My one piece of advice is to ask the clinic beforehand if your hotel is in a walkable area, as that can make a difference.

Everything was quick and efficient. There was a mix-up with my tickets, so I arrived a day early; they arranged a hotel for me, and the price we’d originally agreed on didn’t change. The doctor is brilliant; he did everything to the highest standard. I’m still in the recovery process, but it’s already clear that the result is fantastic. I am happy enough with the decision I made in regard to the clinic. The proccess was professional, smooth and clear, which is what matters. The doctor did a very good job, and I thank him a lot! Coordinator, his name Ismail, was also very helpful, kind and professional, I also had a driver everywhere I needed to go. Bookimed also did their job very well. My only concern is that the nurses and the rest of the staff in the clinic don't really speak english, some not at all, but we used Google Translate so it wasn't a strong barrier. Overall I strongly reccomend the Doctor and the clinic!

The surgeon and staff were excellent throughout my tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction journey. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, and while standing up straight is a real challenge, my tummy tuck incision is already healing very cleanly. Things are going well.
