There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.

They don't do 3D modeling. And this is very bad, because there is no way to see the final result. I had rhinoplasty and liked the results. And otoplasty, I’m not at all happy with the result, it feels like it’s gotten worse, now they’ve become very crooked, especially the terrible view from the back. but I hope when the swelling goes away, the situation will be a little better.

Very nice staff. Dr.Leyla was amazing. She understood my concerns of having otoplasty done for the second time to décorée thé my ear again and made sure I was relaxed by having 2 follow up appointments and car transports for every single travel.

The only I thing I regret is not going under general anesthesia for this surgery which is my fault. But then again, my recovery after local anesthesia was much quicker and smoother because of that.
The whole experience was very good .
The assistant I was given was Omar he was top class from start to finish he was there at my beckon call .
