We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there. Our attending physicians were delighted with the results of the most complicated heart surgery, the Ross operation. It is unfortunate that politics affects not only ordinary citizens, but also their children. I wish you patience, kindness and health to you and your loved ones, so that as many children from all over the world as possible can receive help. Thank you very much to Alexei and your entire team.

I was very impressed by everything
I was very impressed by eveything.It took us almost 6 months to find the best doctor and Hospital for my mum.The agent who helped us from bookimed was the best lots of research and we finally settelled for st Rafaella Hospital .We were not disappointed Everything was done well and perfectly and the Agent was intouch all the way through it all.I would recommend anyone to go through them.My mother got. her Treatment and we are very greatful.It was a very stressful time knowing that my mother had to go for radioiodine for her thyroid turns out she did not need that and that there was other Options available .We are thankful.

We had an online consultation with Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, through a female translator. The translator translated everything word for word, there were no barriers in communicating with the doctor. Before the consultation, a CT scan and ultrasound were sent to the clinic in advance. After studying the materials, Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis explained everything clearly and in detail. He told me how to live further, what to do... My only regret is that I did not go to this clinic earlier. After all, if we had contacted earlier, we could have lived these two years completely differently - fearing for life and health. Thanks to the consultation of Dr. Carlo de Vincentiis, I understand WE WILL LIVE!!! Let's enjoy life! Thanks a lot!!!

It was full of information consultation and Dr Francesco Maisano was very generous in providing us with multiple solutions for my father's case with mentioning the best solution among them and why it was the best solution. So, he was very knowledgeable, very genius and expertise. I strongly recommend this service. One issue was that the bookimed was helpful, very fast in replying but the files I sent to them to share it with Dr Francesco Maisano, they didn't share it all, but it was fixed shortly. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Special thanks to Dr Francesco Maisano, thank you San Donato hospital and thank you Bookimed team.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

I went to the Galeazzi clinic. Milan. Italy. on my son's problem - gmgantism. Coordinators from Bookimed got involved. Had an online consultation. for which I paid 360 euros. All required documentation has been sent. references. analyses. x-rays. To determine the volume of the operation and the cost, they said that the patient needs to come to Milan. I'm from Ukraine. It's hard to describe how the journey cost me. with what difficulty. Upon arrival in Milan. we are consulted by another doctor and gives quite the opposite answer.!! Is it really impossible to agree and view all the documentation. y t. h and the video was sent!!! with immediately give a negative answer during an online consultation. why do it at all then? It's just a waste of money. not problem solving. Be careful!

We received a remote consultation at the San Rafael Clinic, for us this format was not suitable, because the second opinion is for those who either confirm the diagnosis or ask for another alternative treatment, we were told that after the consultation, continue the same, although we were treated and there was no result, as a result, after a remote consultation, we were not assigned anything, plus all communication was extended for a couple of months, because the clinic’s response rate was very low. We could not get any concrete answer, so this consultation was useless for us.

The person who was given the appointment was given the wrong one and I traveled 5 hours because of this mistake and paid 157 euros and I was not examined medically because the appointment was given the wrong one and they told me that I should have 5 more days to request a refund I actually made the request and I haven't received the money back yet. It was a very bad experience and I hope it doesn't happen again.
Unfortunately, I did not like anything. They were negligent in everything. They did not have time to inquire. They talked to you with an upset face
My appointment was not scheduled correctly because of the person I made the appointment with.
