I liked everything from the beginning (meeting me at the airport) to my departure. Everything was well thought out, accessible, competent and friendly. The doctor gave me enough time, answered all my questions. The operation was successful. I spent the rest of the day and night in the clinic. My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but I don't agree with them. The doctors in this hospital are professionals and do their job very well. I had surgery here about two weeks ago to remove a scar on my face, and the only thing I can say is that I was very pleased. As for the cost of services, it is also reasonable, I would not say that these are exorbitant prices, I expected more. Therefore, I want to thank the doctors and staff who helped me, first of all my doctor M. Kazanavicius. And also my curator Stanislav, who organized all this.

This decision wasn’t taken lightly I’ve wanted a face lift for some years being an ex smoker my skin had aged rapidly. I really liked the attentiveness towards me, there were no restrictions or barriers with language. We met a taxi from the airport, and after the visit to the clinic, transport to the hotel was provided. Very nice staff, they speak Russian and English. Everything is at the highest level. I won’t talk about treatment, because I don’t know myself, that is, I haven’t been treated. I was examined by a doctor and consulted. But I liked everything. The doctor's competence, the reception staff, the cleanliness, the equipment... The only problem is probably the parking in front of the clinic. It is difficult to park as the spaces are all occupied. But this is a problem for any big city, especially the capital. Overall everything is great!

The staff were very attentive. They often asked my girlfriend and me how we were feeling. They were very friendly. They fed us delicious food, just like at home. They stayed in touch with us after the operation. When we first arrived in Vilnius, they met us and took us to our apartment. The next day, they took us to the clinic for the operation and then brought us back. We are very satisfied.
