Even though Bookimed staff was really helpful, the Carolina hospital in Poland I chose was quite disappointing. They were an hour late for their consultation. Even after the hospital said I couldn’t get a quote until I pay for consultation. After I did, they were an hour late for it. There was no one to contact to ask if the appointment was still on or cancelled and they didn’t reach out to me until after 1hr asking if I was ready for my consultation. No single apology for running behind schedule. Told them they were late and I had another appointment to catch up with, suddenly they offered to review my results offline and give me a quote since I can’t attend the consultation as if it was my fault I couldn’t attend it. I thought they couldn’t give a quote until they have a consultation. I was pissed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor/his secretary

The service made a pleasant impression from the beginning: the coordinator Tatyana on Booking was attentive and responsive, guiding me every step of the way. The treatment by the doctor was professional, and the staff was very friendly. Everything went smoothly and comfortably.

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! To all who are sick, a speedy recovery!

I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. I liked only the well-coordinated work of the team of radiologists The rest of the review is negative and if to describe all that I had to experience during the days of examination, what moral, psychological and physiological trauma I received, this report will take 2-3 pages. I want to express my gratitude to Bookimed, the consultant for helping me find a clinic. In my case, it was orthopedics. I was advised to go to the Carolina Hospital in Warsaw. Since I don't know the language very well, especially medical terms, I was provided with an interpreter. Many thanks to the interpreter Svetlana, with her help I was able to communicate with the doctor Andrzej Komor. The doctor is very attentive and professional, he listened and asked about everything related to my health problem, asked a lot of questions about previous treatment. He gave valuable recommendations for the future. After the appointment, I had only positive impressions. I am very grateful for the care and individual approach to the patient!!! It was just a consultation, I still have to have an operation in this clinic. I hope everything will be fine!

Excellent medical team, the operation was done perfectly God bless everyone. Excellent attention of nurses after the operation in the ward. Excellent accompaniment of supervisors in polyclinics quickly carried out before the operation onalyses settlement in the hotel. I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

Overall, my experience as a patient was very positive, and the medical staff was courteous. Surgeon Grzegorz Keżyńska was also competent and very responsible in making decisions regarding the surgery. Unfortunately, after the surgery was canceled for medical reasons, I have been waiting for a refund to my bank account for 10 days, as I was informed in the clinic, but time has passed, and there is still no money. I will be even more grateful to the clinic if I receive the refund! Thank you very much.

Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine. As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do. Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep. After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to. So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.

With a sincere desire, he told me what the clinic staff could provide, indicated the address of the clinic, the organization where to find an interpreter, worried if I could attend all the appointments with the doctors, specified the appointment time. All the doctors who worked with my problem are just wonderful, with attention and kind attitude. The operation on the gums with teeth was carried out painlessly, with excellent anesthesia. I was not in the ward, my relatives brought me with an interpreter and took me away. We chose Hinzentrum Klinikum Kotowice - we have never regretted our choice. From the moment we met the coordinator to the last visit to the clinic, all the steps came without any obstacles or disappointments. The coordinator Vera is a wonderful, responsive person, never left without attention, was in touch in case of any need. The visit and acquaintance with the doctor, Vera was organised taking into account all our wishes. We had an interpreter waiting for us at the clinic - Alona. She accompanied us at every visit to the clinic, so there were no problems with communication. We had the opportunity to ask her for help at any time. The clinic staff is generally pleasant and smiling. Alicia Gajevska-Kuharek is a doctor who knows what she is doing, is open to dialogue, answers all our questions and is completely trustworthy. In general, all stages of the protocol were organised in a timely manner, quickly, all information was available and most importantly, all our questions were answered. All expectations were more than met.

Good day. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Artur and his team, and to the coordinator who accompanied me to the operation. Due to an accident, I lost part of my eyebrow. But the clinic did the impossible for me. I liked how the doctor and his team encouraged. They talked all the time and asked if everything was okay. The clinic is very cosy and new...The staff is competent, helpful and kind.... The clinic is in the beautiful city of Krakow...and the prices are affordable
