The assistants and the doctors were great, clear explanations, details. The care from the assistant before operation and after, the next day it was great. However, the grab taxis for consultations were not very comfortable—not spacious, not comfortable, old tapestry, smell inside, which made us feel annoyed before surgery when already nervous and irritated. When we came back for post-operative checking we already made an appointment but in the end we had to wait 2 hours more from the appointed hour.

My main worries before the procedure were the recovery process and the final look of the scars. My surgeon was very direct about both, clearly explaining the realistic results, the swelling timeline, and exactly where the incisions for my full neck lift would be placed behind the ears. This honesty was appreciated. The procedure was done under general anesthesia, and I’m feeling better than expected this early on.
