The single positive aspect of this entire process was the staff. They were wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgeon and the clinic itself was profoundly disappointing, and I'm very concerned with how my otoplasty recovery is going so far. The gap between the supportive staff and the actual medical treatment I received is hard to understand. The facility did not meet my expectations for a medical setting in any capacity. Based on this, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure.

I loved the coordinator / interpreter. Totally made me feel at ease and comfortable in what I would only describe as an anxious situation especially with the language barrier and the unknown of where you are going. The surgeon himself was wonderful and even had a coffee with me before hand which made me feel completely at ease. The possibility of breathing issues was my primary concern going into this. And honestly, that has been the biggest challenge in recovery so far, with one nostril constantly feeling stuffed. My surgeon performed a closed rhinoplasty. Everything is still very swollen along the bridge, but I can already see that my nose tip appears more refined, which is a great sign. Even though I’m still quite puffy around my jawline, the lift in my jowls is already a dramatic improvement. That part is a huge relief. My surgeon used the VASER ultrasound technique and, although it’s still early days, my compression sleeves are already too loose. My mobility is limited; my biggest difficulty right now is reaching for things above my head. It’s also important to be patient with the results, because when I look in the mirror today, I can see that one arm looks different from the other, and I’m confident that will even out over time. Despite these minor aspects of the process, the care provided by the surgeon and all the staff was impeccable. I would recommend the clinic.

I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly. I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

I would like to share my feedback about the coordinator Kristina, who assisted me from the initial inquiry until the very end. I was searching for a clinic for breast lift/augmentation. I don't recall how, but I submitted a request on Bookimed and received a response very promptly. To be honest, I wasn't planning to undergo surgery so soon; I was simply exploring clinic and doctor options to make a calm decision and perhaps have the lift in a year or more. However, Kristina immediately got involved, listened to my requests, and began providing options in various countries. Initially, I was considering the Czech Republic, but after discussing with Kristina, we decided on Turkey. She took into account my budget, selected clinics, provided reviews with before/after photos, answered countless questions, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision. I had many doubts because I had to travel to another country alone, without a companion, and feared that it might be challenging for me to manage alone, but Kristina assured me that I would receive enough support to not worry. And that's exactly how it was! From the airport meeting to my departure, everything was top-notch! The coordinator in Turkey, Sueda, all the nurses, other clinic staff, and the doctor treated me like a VIP guest! I never regretted my decision and am grateful to Kristina and Dr. Ali for quickly fulfilling my long-held dream! If I need anything else improved in my body, I'll definitely reach out to Kristina and we'll once again choose the best doctor for my request :)

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me.
