What worried me most before the operation was the recovery process and the pain. I’d read about the laparoscopic TEP procedure and knew it was minimally invasive, but I still had my concerns. In reality, it turned out to be quite bearable. The hardest part in the first few days was getting out of bed, that’s true. Now, in the early stages of recovery, I only feel a slight tightness in my groin when walking, and coughing causes only minor discomfort rather than sharp pain. The doctors and staff were competent and answered all my questions clearly, which gave me confidence. Everything went according to plan. The clinic provided excellent care.

Everyone starting with the coordinators, doctor, nurses were really nice and helpful, the staff care about their patients. The appointment i was supposed to have in another clinic was canceled because the doctor canceled all appointments on the surgery day, so the coordinator from bookimed (Natalia) reached out to Lokman Hekim hospital and they agreed to take me in the same day for blood tests and surgery next day, I am really thankful to dr. Hasan, nurses, Mr. Ismael, Olga and everyone, who took a part in my stay in the hospital.I definitely recommend this hospital for treatments

My biggest worry was that I wouldn’t get clear answers or a concrete plan of action, but the consultation with the orthopaedic surgeon completely put those doubts to rest. The doctor was very attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail, which immediately put my mind at ease. Both the surgeon himself and the entire staff worked seamlessly and professionally; I felt supported at every stage. Everything at the clinic is very well organised. The recovery process is still ahead of me, but thanks to this approach, I am confident that I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Unfortunately, my experience was a huge disappointment. Although my procedure was a traditional platysmaplasty, I am dissatisfied with the work of the surgeon and the clinic as a whole. The staff did their best, which was a small ray of hope, but that couldn’t make up for the fundamental shortcomings. Recovery is difficult. So far, dealing with the compression garments has by far been the hardest part of the whole process, making it even more unpleasant. All in all, a very sobering experience for me.

I was most anxious about the upcoming consultation, but all my fears were dispelled almost immediately. Neurosurgeon Yuri Stenyuk spoke to me at great length, taking his time, answering all my questions and explaining the treatment plan in such a way that I had no doubts left. That was important. The whole process, from the first call to the coordinator right through to the arrangements at the clinic itself, was clear and straightforward. The coordinator, Sergey Kravets, was constantly checking in on me and offering support. The staff worked seamlessly and professionally. I feel I am in safe hands. There were no unpleasant surprises.

I was very happy with the quality of the service. The clinic is modern, well-equipped, and clean. Max, the dentist I saw, was thorough and professional; the consultation was clear and informative, and he developed a carefully considered treatment plan that took into account the potential complexities of my case. I underwent root canal retreatment on a tooth with an existing crown. Max explained that the crown was high quality and that he would try to preserve and reuse it where possible, while also outlining fallback options if that wasn’t feasible. I’m not convinced the same level of care and consideration would have been taken had I undergone the procedure in the UK. Communication throughout was excellent. Medhat was always available to answer any questions, which made the process smooth and reassuring. I’m very pleased that I chose to travel to Poland for the treatment.

Even though Bookimed staff was really helpful, the Carolina hospital in Poland I chose was quite disappointing. They were an hour late for their consultation. Even after the hospital said I couldn’t get a quote until I pay for consultation. After I did, they were an hour late for it. There was no one to contact to ask if the appointment was still on or cancelled and they didn’t reach out to me until after 1hr asking if I was ready for my consultation. No single apology for running behind schedule. Told them they were late and I had another appointment to catch up with, suddenly they offered to review my results offline and give me a quote since I can’t attend the consultation as if it was my fault I couldn’t attend it. I thought they couldn’t give a quote until they have a consultation. I was pissed with the unprofessionalism of the doctor/his secretary

We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! The service made a pleasant impression from the beginning: the coordinator Tatyana on Booking was attentive and responsive, guiding me every step of the way. The treatment by the doctor was professional, and the staff was very friendly. Everything went smoothly and comfortably.

I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. Excellent accompaniment of supervisors in polyclinics quickly carried out before the operation onalyses settlement in the hotel. I want to express my gratitude to Bookimed, the consultant for helping me find a clinic. In my case, it was orthopedics. I was advised to go to the Carolina Hospital in Warsaw. Since I don't know the language very well, especially medical terms, I was provided with an interpreter. Many thanks to the interpreter Svetlana, with her help I was able to communicate with the doctor Andrzej Komor. The doctor is very attentive and professional, he listened and asked about everything related to my health problem, asked a lot of questions about previous treatment. He gave valuable recommendations for the future. After the appointment, I had only positive impressions. I am very grateful for the care and individual approach to the patient!!! It was just a consultation, I still have to have an operation in this clinic. I hope everything will be fine!

Overall, my experience as a patient was very positive, and the medical staff was courteous. Surgeon Grzegorz Keżyńska was also competent and very responsible in making decisions regarding the surgery. Unfortunately, after the surgery was canceled for medical reasons, I have been waiting for a refund to my bank account for 10 days, as I was informed in the clinic, but time has passed, and there is still no money. I will be even more grateful to the clinic if I receive the refund! Thank you very much.
