As part of our first contact with your clinic, we encountered minor difficulties in navigation. However, thanks to the prompt support of the supervisors and the international department, all organisational issues were successfully resolved. Special thanks to our interpreter, whose professional assistance ensured comfortable and productive communication with the doctor, allowing us to receive comprehensive answers to all our questions and necessary recommendations.

Attentive and caring staff, friendly and welcoming, very clean clinic. There was a significant difference between the base price, which was between €5,000 and €8,000, and the only additional examination, which was €150. To our surprise, we were asked to pay €9,750, which is a difference of €1,650. I wanted to have cataract surgery on my left eye and was given a quote of €5,610, which I found excessive given that I had already paid €9,750. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the staff.

The staff is attentive. I did not get any useful information or help from the doctor. In addition, he was extremely careless with regard to the previous examinations provided for familiarisation. I would definitely not want to see this doctor again.
