I am very grateful to the coordenator Sergey for his competence, his ability to find a convenient time for me, the doctor, without him I would not have been able to do all the procedures, he just guided me on the phone, I am surprised at the patience and respect of this man, he also chose a competent doctor for me, I have not finished the treatment and I want to add that the treatment was cheaper than planned, no unnecessary procedures were not prescribed. We asked for help in conducting arthroscopy at the Holy Family Clinic in Rzeszow (Poland). She was promptly admitted, on the same agreed day she was admitted to the hospital, and the next morning she was operated on. According to local patients, this is a highly professional clinic, especially the traumatology department. The only small minus is the long wait for the response of the clinic itself to record the appointment. It seemed that the clinic was not very interested. But when my husband and I got there, we realized that the influx of patients is very high. For this reason, they carefully choose the doctor, the day of the consultation, the MRI, in order to meet the minimum length of the patient's stay in the clinic. We also want to express our gratitude to the Bookimed team. Without her constant support, we would not have been able to achieve anything. Thank you very much! I want to express my gratitude to Bookimed, the consultant for helping me find a clinic. In my case, it was orthopedics. I was advised to go to the Carolina Hospital in Warsaw. Since I don't know the language very well, especially medical terms, I was provided with an interpreter. Many thanks to the interpreter Svetlana, with her help I was able to communicate with the doctor Andrzej Komor. The doctor is very attentive and professional, he listened and asked about everything related to my health problem, asked a lot of questions about previous treatment. He gave valuable recommendations for the future. After the appointment, I had only positive impressions. I am very grateful for the care and individual approach to the patient!!! It was just a consultation, I still have to have an operation in this clinic. I hope everything will be fine!

I had a breast augmentation operation. It took a very long time to pass the tests, without an interpreter, the staff is not attentive, there was no consultation with the doctor after the operation, I only saw a nurse at the dressing .I did not get any answers to my questions .I was in the ward for 24 hours, the staff there is very good, thank them very much, the food is normal, clean, comfortable beds.After discharge, my ultrasound scans were lost...When I asked where they are, no one knows.Now it is already 8 days after the operation...I sent the pictures of the breast no response ....

Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine. As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do. Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep. After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to. So to Medhat, Bartosz, Karolina, Paweł and Karolina thanks to you and Dr Hubert Trzepatowski and the entirety of your team I now have the smile that I have always wanted all thanks to you.

We chose Hinzentrum Klinikum Kotowice - we have never regretted our choice. From the moment we met the coordinator to the last visit to the clinic, all the steps came without any obstacles or disappointments. The coordinator Vera is a wonderful, responsive person, never left without attention, was in touch in case of any need. The visit and acquaintance with the doctor, Vera was organised taking into account all our wishes. We had an interpreter waiting for us at the clinic - Alona. She accompanied us at every visit to the clinic, so there were no problems with communication. We had the opportunity to ask her for help at any time. The clinic staff is generally pleasant and smiling. Alicia Gajevska-Kuharek is a doctor who knows what she is doing, is open to dialogue, answers all our questions and is completely trustworthy. In general, all stages of the protocol were organised in a timely manner, quickly, all information was available and most importantly, all our questions were answered. All expectations were more than met.

I want to say thank you to all the employees of the clinic represented by doctor Vladimir (sorry, I didn’t indicate my last name, but you can see the photo in Viber), who was a guide in my situation, for participating in my situation. With a sincere desire, he told me what the clinic staff could provide, indicated the address of the clinic, the organization where to find an interpreter, worried if I could attend all the appointments with the doctors, specified the appointment time. All the doctors who worked with my problem are just wonderful, with attention and kind attitude. The operation on the gums with teeth was carried out painlessly, with excellent anesthesia. I was not in the ward, my relatives brought me with an interpreter and took me away. Good organisation...They also speak English and there is a Russian-speaking interpreter..... The appointments are quick... All questions are answered and solved..... The clinic is very cosy and new...The staff is competent, helpful and kind.... The clinic is in the beautiful city of Krakow...and the prices are affordable

It's a nice small clinic. I will start with the supervisor: Karina, a wonderful girl, very friendly and professional, I was delighted with her. The nurses are mostly adult women with a lot of experience. The night after the operation I was pleasantly surprised that after pressing the call button I did not have to wait for them to come at all. The surgeon and anaesthetist are professionals.

Good day. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Artur and his team, and to the coordinator who accompanied me to the operation. Due to an accident, I lost part of my eyebrow. But the clinic did the impossible for me. I liked how the doctor and his team encouraged. They talked all the time and asked if everything was okay. The operation itself was quick and painless, high-quality and accurate. And all thanks to the qualifications of the doctor and his assistants.
